Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a customer referral program?

Yes! For every new client you refer, you will receive 15% off your next service. Simply ensure the new client states whom they were referred by when booking, and after their completed service you can enjoy your discount as a small thank you for your continued loyalty and support. 

How do I prep for my appointment?

Depending on your desired service there may be small things to note that can help make your experience the best possible. If any specific prep is required, Alex Blades Beauty will notify you prior to your appointment, and answer any additional questions you may have. Generally speaking, all you need to do is show up ready to be pampered.

What is your cancellation/late policy?

Life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled! If you require a change to your appointment feel free to send us a message and we will work out a new appointment date. ALL cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise you will lose 100% of your deposit. If cancellations are made before this window, 100% of your deposit will be returned back to you within 2-4 business days. There is a 15 minute grace period on every appointment. Failure to notify us of lateness beyond this point will result in immediate cancellation of your appointment, and 100% loss of deposit. If you will be more than 15 minutes late and have successfully notified us, we will do our best accommodate your appointment. This is only IF scheduling allows, so please try your best to be on time to avoid disappointment. If there is an emergency/extenuating circumstances please contact us for accommodations to these policies. 

Do you do home appointments?

Yes, we offer home appointments! We understand not everyone can access the studio depending on individual time constraints, location etc. Please contact us with your desired appointment, date, time and getting ready location. For any bridal party inquires, please include the number of people requiring services as well. Depending on the day, and location travel fees will incur. After receiving your inquiry, an exact quote and price breakdown will be provided which will include travel costs.

My desired booking time is not available online, can you accommodate?

If your desired booking slot is not available on the online booking portal, feel free to send us a message in case we have availability. Due to previously scheduled weekend bookings, many weekend slots are automatically booked off. Please reach out with your desired service and time slot, and we will do our best to accommodate. If timing does not permit any more bookings, we can offer to put you on our cancellation list. When booking fills/monthly service touch ups, please try pre booking all of your appointments, as once time slots are filled there is no guarantee we can accommodate specific timing requests. For inquiries regarding bridal parties, please message us directly and we will be happy to help you with your booking, as these services may not be booked online.
